To prepay for and apply for a service, submit forms and supporting documents electronically through the TSSA Client Portal.

Business & Professional Certificate Holders (Individuals)
You are required to keep your contact information up to date with TSSA. If there are changes to your mailing address, telephone number or email, please go to the TSSA Client Portal to update your personal information.
For all requests to update your name for professional certificate holders, please contact certandexams@tssa.org. For business name changes, contact customermanagement@tssa.org.

Deliveries and vendors
For all deliveries and vendors, please proceed to the loading dock door at the back of the building and ring the bell on the side of the loading dock door. Please note the office is closed to the public.
