TSSA introduced a Fuel Oil Distributor Audit Program in November 1, 2020 that will requires distributors to demonstrate their compliance with the Fuel Oil regulation, O. Reg. 213/01. This new program was developed in response to a recommendation from the Auditor General of Ontario for TSSA to have greater oversight of the risks with fuel oil tanks as soon as possible
