Pay invoices & download authorizations through the Client Portal to maintain licences & registrations

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers has announced a nationwide strike after a 72-hour notice period.

The postal strike will disrupt mail services and have an impact on TSSA’s regulated clients who depend on mail to engage with TSSA services – such as invoicing, statements, authorizations (certificates, licences, registrations or permits), applications and other services.

TSSA will pause the mailing of certificates, licences and other documents until Canada Post has restored normal mail service.

During the period of postal strike, we strongly encourage clients to:

  • Sign up for paperless invoicing through the TSSA Client Portal
  • Log into the TSSA Client Portal to pay invoices and download licences, certificates and other authorizations
  • Use the TSSA Client Portal to submit most applications, including most BPV engineering applications. Please use the Prepayment Portal for elevating and fuels engineering applications or services not offered on the Client Portal.
