Kelly Hart is the Vice President of Operations at the Technical Standards and Safety Authority. Prior to her promotion to Vice President in 2025, Kelly served as the Director of Fuel Safety, beginning her work in fuel safety in 2012 when she accepted the role of Assistant General Counsel at TSSA.
Since that time, she has also been TSSA's Manager of Public Information and Records, and Director of Investigations. Kelly is a member of the Ontario Bar since 2002. In addition to her work at TSSA, Kelly's career has been dedicated to the roles that protect the public interest, including her former positions in the office of the Ontario Attorney General (criminal) and the Law Society of Ontario.
