Licensees of the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) are responsible for maintaining their licence’s standing and ensuring it does not lapse.
Licences must be renewed annually with the Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) in order to be considered valid and legal operate in the province of Ontario.
If you have let your licence expire, licensees have 12 months to complete a renewal process. After that time, you will need to be reinstated by completing one of the forms below.
Note: When you reinstate a lapsed authorization, back fees will be applied, including the entire annual fee multiplied by the number of previous renewal periods since the authorization waslast active, as well as late payment fee.
