The Compliance Support Program is a no-cost, professional service delivered by TSSA and is designed to assist regulated entities to comply with codes, regulations and standards.
Compliance support is available for all parties and devices that TSSA regulates where there is a demonstrated need for assistance. The program aims to support parties with improving their compliance and safety management practices. The program is geared towards entities where data from past periodic inspections demonstrates a need for compliance assistance.
The program gives entities the opportunity to engage directly with TSSA to address specific noncompliance issues with a compliance support advisor. A compliance support advisor helps entities understand and resolve safety issues. The type of assistance offered can include guidance, advice, and education tailored to each situation. This service is independent of and separate from TSSA’s inspection activity.
