Bonnie Agostinho joined TSSA’s Board of Directors in September 2023. She is a member of the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee.
As former Chief Information Officer of Canadian Tire Bank (CTB), Bonnie was responsible for Technology Delivery for Canadian Tire Financial Services and the Triangle Rewards Ecosystem for Canadian Tire Corporation (CTC). As an officer of CTB, Bonnie was an integral member of the Bank Executive Committee, Cross Functional Risk Committee, and the CTC Technology Executive Team. Bonnie was also responsible for developing materials and presenting to the CTB Board and Audit Committee on Strategy, Technology and Cyber Security matters on a quarterly basis.
Prior to Canadian Tire, Bonnie held management positions with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and with Toronto Dominion Bank (TD).
Bonnie has board experience on public and not-for-profit boards and is currently a Director on the Board of MCAN Mortgage Corporation (TSX: MKP) and a member of the Audit Committee and the Enterprise Risk Management & Compliance Committee.
Bonnie is a graduate of the Directors Education Program, Rotman School of Business (University of Toronto) and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
