All licensees of The Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) are responsible for keeping their contact information up to date. Licensees must also update information that is pertinent to the authorization of their device (device location, for example).
Businesses or Licence Holders
Please submit a Change of Business Information Form via the TSSA Client Portal for changes relating to business information.
For name changes, contact Customer Management at customermanagement@tssa.org.
Professional Certificate Holders
Professional certificate holders must keep their mailing address, telephone number and email address up to date with TSSA.
Please contact TSSA’s Customer Service Centre via 1-877-682-8772 to update your personal information or email at customerservices@tssa.org.
For name changes, contact examinationandcertification@tssa.org with a copy of your valid photo identification (including drivers license, passport, etc.).

If you are a fuels contractor or contracting company, you can obtain a licence with TSSA to install, operate and maintain regulated equipment across the province. Visit the TSSA Client Portal to apply.
